Your responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the commercial and technical management of your markets, customers, and sales partners
- Implementation of the sales strategy and achievement of targets in your assigned regions
- Active acquisition of new customers and qualified distribution partners
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships
- Analyzing market and customer needs and deriving strategic measures in collaboration with Product Management
- Supporting the further development of our product portfolio through trend analysis and networking
What you bring
- Advanced technical education (University of Applied Sciences degree or equivalent qualification)
- 5–10 years of sales experience as a Sales Manager in the Food & Beverage sector or a related process industry
- Solid knowledge of the packaging industry and/or special machinery
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to build sustainable relationships and robust networks
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong cost and responsibility awareness combined with decisiveness
- Proven ability to drive change and actively implement improvement processes
- Regular on-site presence at the Steffisburg headquarters complements external travel activities
- Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level), additional languages are an advantage
